Overview
At Phunkari, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, our returns work a little differently from a typical store. Please read this policy before you order.
Made to order
Your order is printed and produced by our fulfillment partner, only after you place it. Because each item is custom-made, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color. Please check the size guide and product details before ordering.
What we’ll fix
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll send a free replacement or give you a refund. You don’t need to send the item back.
How to submit a claim
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@phunkar.com
- Include your order number and a clear photo showing the problem. If several items are affected, please include one photo showing them together.
- We’ll review your claim and reply within 2 to 5 business days.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package hasn’t arrived, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll look into it. If it’s confirmed lost in transit, we’ll replace or refund it.
Incorrect shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or the package was unclaimed, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.
Cancellations and order changes
Orders go into production quickly. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We can’t guarantee changes once production has started.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your mode of payment.
Not covered
Claims for wrong size or color ordered, change of mind, or minor variations in color between your screen and the printed product.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
